Every one knows it, all the companies who are selling books to make you think you can lose weight. But you know that the most of these books or programmes are totally crap! But what if I told you, there is a way to lose weight that contains awesome recipes, easy to make en best of all if the recipes are DELICIOUS!! Well to be honest, there is this kind of way and to be more honest I've tried it. But I didn't really need it, but the recipes, they were sooooo good.
